Op. Dr. Baha Arslan was born in 1977 in Karabük. He graduated from Karabük Constitution Elementary School in 1988, Karabük Yenişehir Secondary School in 1991, and Karabük Demir Çelik High School in 1994. He enrolled in Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine in 1995 and graduated in 2001. The same year, he started working as a general practitioner at İzmir Buca Göksu Health Center. He did his military service as a reserve officer at the 2nd Tactical Air Force 8th Main Jet Base Command in Diyarbakır between 2003-2004. Upon his return from military service, he was assigned to Manisa Central Health Center No. 4 due to his wife's job situation the same year. He worked at Manisa 112 Emergency Health Services Station No. 3 between 2005-2007. During the same period, he served in the National Medical Rescue Team (UMKE). He won the Department of General Surgery at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in the September 2006 Medical Specialization Exam. He started his specialization training in January 2007 and completed it on January 17, 2012. After his specialization training, he worked at İzmir Kemalpaşa State Hospital as of May 10, 2012. He worked as a general surgery specialist at Başkent University İzmir Zübeyde Hanım Application and Research Center between August 2016 and AUGUST 2021. He worked at Medicana International İzmir Hospital as of August 2021 and May 2024. As of September 2024, he is accepting patients at his own office in Bornova.

In the field of medical aesthetics, there are studies on spot treatment, mesotherapy, filler application and botox application.

Member of the National Surgical Association.

He was involved in music as an amateur during his high school and university years.

Whenever he gets the chance, he does amateur black and white photography.

He is married and has a child.
